Enough with the Interesting Stuff
Hey Everyone, I just wanted to post a little note explaining where Game Bage Review Show 5 is real quick.
I’ve heard it said that “May you live in interesting times.” is an old Chinesse curse. I honestly don’t know if it is or not…but it should be. I’ve had quite enough interesting to last me a lifetime, and still it continues. Having my scheduled vacation messed with wasn’t enough for the powers that be. Then toss in an unplanned move and the upheaval that has cause.(Like sucking up every spare moment while I’m home to pack-up the last two decades of my life and revisit the two before that.) But then, when I finally had some free time on the road, I was recording the show and Audacity ATE THE DAMN THING WHOLE!!! I either have to re-record it or try to reconstuct it from the temporary files. (Six seconds at a time!) So needless to say, the show will have to be re-recorded as soon as I can.
This period is not without some good things happening. Mrs. Camera Guy found a great place for us to hang our hats for the next year while we get ready to move down south and we will be moving in June 1st. The show has moved up the charts on iTunes. (Which makes this delay particularlly annoying) And my little filk side project is starting to take off. With a couple of recent appearences over on the Mad Music Archive’s Top 20 Countdown. I’ve also started a page on this site for the CD project I have going on. If you want to check it out you can click here.
